The purpose of my work is to facilitate positive change in your work. Through a guided but flexible and collaborative process, we can:

Coaching Options
- Customized coaching plan: The most common approach to career fulfillment coaching is for us to work together to identify your goals and map out a direction for our sessions. Because each person’s circumstances and needs are unique, we establish a process that will work best for you and help you achieve the results you seek.
- Targeted coaching programs: I offer specific programs to meet two of the most frequently-mentioned needs. Please ask me if you think one of these might be right for you.
- Career Reconnaissance. With a combination of subjective and objective assessments, we explore your strengths, interests, and values, and identify a set of career options that you can research further. Over the course of 4-5 sessions, you gain additional insights and identify key ideas to help you move forward.
- Interview Strategy. Over 3-5 sessions, we review successful strategies for approaching the interview, identify challenging interview questions (and how to answer them), and practice your skills with mock interviewing.
- “Spot” coaching: A one-time session to address a unique question, issue, or need in your career search or transition.
- Resume development: Whether you want to start from scratch or update an old version, I can help you create a resume that fully supports your career goals and gets you noticed. I have the latest knowledge about what makes a great resume and can quickly develop this important tool for you. Depending on your needs, our work together can also include cover letters.
